Party Shuttle Inc. Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is a legally binding agreement between Party Shuttle Inc. ("Party Shuttle") and the customer ("Customer") regarding the cancellation and modification of reservations made with Party Shuttle. By making a reservation with Party Shuttle, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.

Reservation Cancellation:

a. Cancellation by the Customer:

i. Cancellation made more than 30 days in advance: Customers can cancel their reservation without incurring any charges, except for the non-refundable deposit, and a refund of the remaining booking amount will be provided.

ii. Cancellation made within 30 days of the scheduled reservation: Customers will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% of the booking amount will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

iii. Cancellation made within 14 days of the scheduled reservation: Customers will not be eligible for a refund. However, Party Shuttle Inc. will provide a voucher that can be used for a future trip within a specified time period, as determined by Party Shuttle Inc. Management.

b. Cancellation by Party Shuttle Inc.:

i. Party Shuttle Inc. reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to vehicle maintenance issues, unforeseen events, or safety concerns. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit, and every effort will be made to provide an alternative solution.

Reservation Modification:

a. Modification by the Customer:

i. Customers may request modifications to their reservation, including changes to the date, time, or duration of the booking, subject to availability and the following conditions:

  • Modification requested more than 48 hours in advance: No modification fee will be charged.
  • Modification requested within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation: A modification fee of 20% of the total booking amount will be charged.

b. Modification by Party Shuttle Inc.:

i. Party Shuttle Inc. reserves the right to modify a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and every effort will be made to provide a suitable alternative. No modification fee will be charged in such instances.

No-Show Policy:

a. If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled reservation without providing prior notice, they will be considered a "no-show."

b. In the case of a no-show, the customer will be charged the full booking amount, and no refund will be provided.

Refunds and Compensation:

a. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is received.

b. Party Shuttle Inc. will not be liable for any additional expenses or losses incurred by customers due to cancellations or modifications, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, or event-related expenses.

Management Discretion:

a. Party Shuttle Inc. reserves the right to review exceptional cases on a case-by-case basis. If circumstances beyond the control of the customer arise, such as severe illness, accidents, or unforeseen emergencies, management will assess the situation and determine appropriate resolutions.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Party Shuttle Inc. operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
