We recommend booking a few months in advance so you can get the most out of our fleet. We kindly request a non-refundable deposit of 25% to confirm your reservation.

Yes, you can change your itinerary at any point leading up to your trip. If the location changes are drastic, you may incur a gas fee; however, if locations are in a similar vicinity, there will be no issue at all. If you are unsure about destinations but want to reserve a vehicle, just enter the nearest general location, and we can change it nearer the time. If your pick-up times change or you would like to extend the drop-off time, we try our best to work with our customers and be as flexible as possible, pending availability. We understand that plans change, and we are here to help. We recommend letting us know at your earliest convenience if your plans may change so we have the best chance of accommodating you.

Yes, from Monday to Friday and Sunday, we require a minimum rental of 4 hours. Saturdays and special holidays are in extremely high demand and require a 5-hour minimum. There is also no maximum rental duration; you can rent the bus for as long as you'd like, pending Party Shuttle approval. You can also rent a party bus for an hour if you like; however, we will need to charge the price for our minimum number of hours to cover the large operational costs associated with this service. On special occasions, we can offer slight discounts on one-way trips if they occur during off-peak hours.

Requiring a minimum of 4 hours is necessary for us to cover our costs and provide high-quality service. When a bus is reserved, we are unable to rent it out to other customers for that time, resulting in lost revenue. This minimum rental time allows us to offset this loss and maintain our fleet. Our 4 hour minimum is actually one of the lowest in the area too.

No, you can rent the bus for as along as you like pending Party Shuttle approval.

Our drivers can pick up and drop off anywhere in Southwest Florida. However, for trips that extend beyond 25 miles from Tampa Bay, we charge an additional gas fee based on the regions being traveled to. This policy operates on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that our drivers typically arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to ensure a prompt departure. Your reservation will begin at the scheduled pick-up time and will end when the last person exits the bus.

We offer ice, water bottles, soft drinks, and solo cups. We also suggest bringing whatever drinks you may like.

Yes! We encourage you to bring any food you like to make your experience even more enjoyable. Just please ensure it's cleaned up upon exit.

We include a cleaning fee in the rental cost if the party bus is left in satisfactory condition. However, if there are damages, bodily fluids, or excess mess left on the bus upon exit, additional charges will apply.
