Yes, you can change your itinerary at any point leading up to your trip. If the location changes are drastic, you may incur a gas fee; however, if locations are in a similar vicinity, there should be no issue at all. If you are unsure about destinations but want to reserve a vehicle, just enter the general locations, and we can specify it nearer the time. If your pick-up times change or you would like to extend the drop-off time, we will try our best to work with you and be as flexible as possible, pending availability. We recommend overestimating your booking time period to avoid these problems. However, we understand that plans change, and we are here to help. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if your plans may change so we can best accommodate you.

Yes, from Monday to Thursday and on Sundays, we require a minimum rental of 4 hours. Saturdays and special holidays are in extremely high demand and often require higher minimums, depending on the time of day and month. As for renting our party buses, you can rent them for an hour; however, having a minimum means we will need to charge the price for our minimum number of hours to cover the large operational costs associated with this service. From time to time, we offer reduced minimums on one-way trips during off-peak hours. Just chat with us—we always try to be accommodating.

Yes, you certainly can! We just require a minimum number of paid hours to cover our costs and provide high-quality service. When a party bus is reserved, we are unable to rent it out to other customers during that time, resulting in lost revenue. This minimum rental time allows us to offset this loss and maintain our luxurious fleet. Our minimum can go as low as 3 hours, which is the lowest in Greater Tampa Bay.

No, you can rent the bus for as long as you like, pending Party Shuttle approval. Submit your quote, talk with our team, and let us help coordinate your trip!

Our drivers can pick up and drop off anywhere in Southwest Florida. However, for trips that extend beyond 20 miles from Tampa Bay, we charge an additional gas fee based on the regions being traveled to. This policy operates on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that our drivers typically arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to ensure a prompt departure. Your reservation will begin at the scheduled pick-up time and will end when the last person exits the bus. If this extends beyond your reserved time, you will be charged overtime after our 15-minute grace period.

Yes, we offer ice, water bottles, soft drinks, Solo cups, a friendly and experienced driver, and many onboard amenities!

Yes! We encourage you to bring any food you like to make your experience even more enjoyable. Just please ensure it's cleaned up upon exit.

We include a cleaning fee in the rental cost if the party bus is left in satisfactory condition. However, if there are damages, bodily fluids, or excess mess left on the bus upon exit, additional charges will apply.

Yes, we encourage you to. We have coolers onboard with ice, soda, water, and solo cups. If you are bringing alcoholic beverages onboard, we require you and everyone onboard to be above the age of 21. This is stated in our online reservation waiver.

Yes, we do! We run discounts on midweek and Sunday trips, as well as promotions during certain months. If you submit a quote online, our sales coordinator can inform you about our current offerings. All of our party buses have onboard bars and built-in coolers, but you certainly can use them. As party bus experts, we recommend that you utilize the onboard amenities and keep the floor space open!
