We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance for weekend events and special occasions. For peak seasons (prom, wedding season, holidays), booking 12 months ahead ensures you get your preferred date and vehicle. Last-minute bookings may be available based on our schedule.

We are flexible, but we do ask that we receive the full itinerary 48 hours before the trip departure. This ensures we can schedule our departure times and be fully prepared to provide the best service possible.
